Started a little rocking with getting use to finding out what she needed. The first two weeks were hard being a new parent. I cried often and wonder what did i just do? I mean i was ready to be a mom, i was a good aunt to my sister's kids (who i loved and miss dearly). I thought since i lived with my sister the first 3yrs of her daughter's life that i could see my self being a mom. Well, having your own is totally different and i sure felt it in the first two weeks. We came home from the hospital a day early because i was doing so good. I had a c-section and recovered fairly quickly. My mom was staying a week and i could not of done it without her. The following week Stephen's mom stayed a week and it was so nice to have our moms here with us. They did all the cleaning, cooking, and shopping. In the meantime, me and my new baby were getting to know each other. Learning to sooth her, feed her, change her and just bond with her.

The first few nights were hard, as any new parent knows. Staying up all night, hearing her cry and not knowing what to do. In the evening she was more fussy then the days and she wanted to "suck" on s

First doctors visit....

Looking back that was the only struggle i had. I did not mind the sleepless nights or anything else that comes with being a new parent. Just being a human pacifier.
We celebrated our 1st Valentine's Day, ST.

She is growing so fast and brings such joy to stephen and me. Our favorite thing is her smiling and laughing. She makes noises and smiles all the time now. When you talk to her she gives us the cutest smile, sometimes she is shy and will look away or stick her head in your arm. She loves her hands (putting them in her mouth). I caught her sucking her thumb a few times.
